There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Bellevue real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.
I really delight in being a Realtor. It is such a privilege to work with people -- the just-met ones and the long-time pals alike -- to buy and sell homes and investments that ultimately contribute to the legacies of their lives.
This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My real estate career centers on the purchase and sale of single family homes and condos, investments in duplexes, triplexes, and 4-plexes, and vacation rental properties. Buyers like me because I am thorough, tenacious, and an accomplished negotiator on their behalf. Sellers get the advantage of decades of expertise in product management, marketing, sales and negotiating too! I'm proud to be recognized by my peers by participating as a member of the Agent Leadership Council for the Keller Williams Realty Kirkland office.
I've enjoyed two full careers prior to real estate that definitely contribute to my real estate success. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions in the software marketing and business processing industries. My accomplishments in these fields include being an Advisory Board Member to the University of Washington Software Product Management Program and being awarded the highest industry award given by the Business Forms Management Association.
